Exhibitor Badge Order Form

We have obtained a special rate of $119.00/night at The Holiday Inn Calgary MacLeod Trail South.  The hotel is located less than 1 kilometer from the show site. Reservations may be made by faxing the Hotel Order Form or calling and quoting the reservation group name "The Southern AB Landscapers & Contractors Expo “.  The cut off date to be assured this rate is December 31, 2009.

The November/December issue of Landscaping & Groundskeeping Magazine will be distributed to the full circulation as well as bonus circulation at the show. For Show Guide advertising enquiries, please contact Landscaping & Groundskeeping Magazine.

A parking pass is available through Calgary Stampede Event Services. Parking rates apply for move-in, event days and move-out. Permits must be ordered for a minimum of 2 days. Permits will be issued during move-in from the exhibitor’s entrance at 3A Street Gate.

Orders MUST be received 7 days prior to the first move-in date. Calgary Stampede Event Services is unable to process parking orders received after this deadline. If you miss this deadline, please purchase permits from the main park gates or the 3A Street Exhibitor entrance upon arrival to the Show.

Show Management has made arrangements for a pressure washing service for exhibitors’ equipment and machinery displayed at the show.

This service is provided at no cost and is available during move-in on a first-come basis. Please check with the show management for directions to the pressure washing station.

If you require product shipped to the show, REIMER EXPRESS LINES LTD. is available to provide this service. Reimer Express will provide up to 30 days advance warehousing prior to move in date at no charge.

Exhibitors using Reimer Express to ship to Calgary will pay no extra freight charges to get their shipment from the advance warehouse to show site.

Exhibitors using another carrier to drop freight at the advance warehouse will not pay storage within that 30 day period but they will be assessed a local cartage charge to move their shipment from the advance warehouse to show site.             

Be sure your shipment is labeled clearly with company name, the address of Stampede Park as shown under "Show Location", the name of the show and your booth number.
