Exhibitor Manual: Rules & Regulations
Beverages, Alcoholic

The use of alcoholic beverages in Exhibitor’s space is PROHIBITED and may only be consumed in designated lounge areas.

Balloons

All balloons are PROHIBITED in the Roundup Centre.

Large inflatables may be acceptable, but they must first be approved in writing through the Roundup Event Coordinator, Krista Donnici at (403)-261-0581.

Competitions, Draws & Contests

Sales promotions and competitions conducted by exhibitors, in conjunction with their display, must be free of any obligation on the part of the winner. Prize winners must not be required to place an order before collecting the prize offered. The schedule of prizes and terms of the competition must be approved by Show Management and comply with all the existing government regulations.

Any contests conducted must not violate any laws or regulations in effect at that time.

Please note - Show Management will not make any P.A. announcements of winners’ names.

Fire Regulations

Big Feats Management & Logistics Inc. is obligated to abide by the Fire Code regulations in Calgary, Alberta. We therefore retain the right to refuse any material or object that does not confirm to code. If you have a question or need information re the Fire Code please contact Show Management at TOLL FREE 1-888-570-0499.

Painting Of Equipment Or Machinery

Due to Fire Marshal regulations, the painting of equipment on machinery with flammable paints, which also cause strong odors, will not be permitted inside Stampede Park – Roundup Centre.

Payment Of Account

Show Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any exhibitor whose account has not been paid in full by Monday, February 8 2010.

Sound Levels

Exhibitors are not permitted to use voice amplification microphones to conduct business in their exhibit space. Any other attention arousing devices, such as noise makers, flashing lights, movies, music, broadcasting, television, drawings, etc. are subject to Show Management approval.

Subletting

No Exhibitor may sublet any portion of their booth or bulk space to another supplier without the express written consent of Show Management. We want to ensure all exhibitors are aware well in advance that:

Exhibitors may not sublease their space. Sublease in this use includes renting, sharing, donating or in any way allowing another company or person to display or advertise in an exhibitors space.
